We want you to love every piece you order from By Dejaa. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Return window
You can request a return or exchange within [3 / 7] days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with clear photos. An unboxing video is the fastest way for us to approve a claim, so we recommend recording one while opening your parcel. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp at 0311-1102034 or email info@bydejaa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are processed by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash to your provided account, usually within [5–7 working days]. The original delivery charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want a different piece? The easiest way is to request a return for the original item and place a new order. For damaged or faulty items, we’ll arrange a direct exchange wherever possible.
Return delivery charges
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.
