We deliver across Pakistan, right to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch, so please keep an eye on your phone.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 working days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier schedules, weekends, holidays or weather.

Delivery charges
Standard delivery: Rs. 200 flat, anywhere in Pakistan
Free delivery on all orders over Rs. 2000

Payment options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
  • Bank Transfer / Advance Payment: Pay in advance via bank transfer [or Easypaisa / JazzCash]. Account details will be shared on request.


Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details by WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your parcel.

Incorrect address or unavailability
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the courier couldn’t reach you, re-delivery charges may apply.
