Our products
We sell artificial / fashion jewelry. We make every effort to show our products accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and photography. Because our pieces are handpicked fashion items, slight variations in finish are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, even after it has been placed.

Orders and confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm before dispatch. We may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, appear fraudulent, or repeatedly fail on delivery.

Cash on Delivery
By choosing Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery rider at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos and designs — belongs to By Dejaa and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, By Dejaa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
